Our Story
Over 100 Years on the Channel
Founded in 1922 on the shores of the D’Entrecasteaux Channel, Kingston Beach Golf Club has been a cornerstone of Tasmania’s golfing community for more than a century. Set at 1 Channel Highway, Kingston, our course occupies one of the most spectacular pieces of golf land in the state.
Today, we’re a thriving club of more than 750 members (families, retirees, beginners, and seasoned competitors) united by a love of the game and the extraordinary place we get to play it. Respect, integrity, and collaboration shape how we welcome every player, and we’re always looking for ways to make the experience better.

Spectacular Setting
Panoramic Channel views, kunanyi (Mount Wellington) as a backdrop, and the famous Inclinator cliff railway between holes. There’s nowhere else like it.
Championship Course
Par 71, 5,836 metres, and rated 71.0. We’re always investing in the course and the club experience, hosting major interclub events while rewarding golfers of every level.
